Dog Leg Preacher was initially founded as an independent recording project, however the success of the first album #1
released in 2001, gained worldwide recognition and airplay, and was the motivation for singer Joe Kurke, and drummer
Jon Fosdick to proceed with the project. Fast forward a couple of years to the addition of Peruvian guitar wizard Marcelo
Portaro, and veteran bassman Vogard Kane and to 2009 when Dog Leg Preacher recorded and released their newest
disc "Abscess". The new album has been lighting up the FMQB and CMJ radio airplay charts, including a tenweek stay
inside the top 30 from late 2009 trough 2010. The Abscess album has also been featured in many magazines and
publications across the US and Europe, and is receiving radio airplay worldwide. Dog Leg Preacher has also released
an hour long rockumentary movie documenting the bands road trip and performances at the Legendary Buffalo Chip
Campground in Sturgis South Dakota. Dog Leg Preacher packs a large caliber, high octane stage show. Check ‘em out
